We are currently looking for an Account Coordinator to help manage accounts and projects. Working with the Director of Business Development, the Account Coordinator will directly impact the success of the company by coordinating bids, proposals, and clients projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for the fast-paced world of cyber security.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist account managers with the needs and project scope of customers.
  • Coordinate meetings and communications with clients.
  • Coordinate client project activities between internal resources and the client.
  • Communicating regularly with clients to provide product updates and technical support
  • Address client questions and solving issues
  • Create work schedules and project plans to meet deadlines.
  • Assemble promotional material to be sent to new and existing clients
  • Upkeep client accounts, produce prospecting and pipeline updates.
  • Monitor bid/tender sites for relevant tenders to respond to.
  • Assist in the overall sales process.
  • Assist in submissions for Bids/Tenders/RFPs.
  • Assist in developing proposals for clients and ensuring their needs are addressed.
  • Assist in estimating project costs for proposals.
  • Participate in sales and account management meetings and providing support as needed
  • Representing Nivee at various events/conferences to support the sales team as needed

Experience and Characteristics

  • A “let’s get it done” attitude.
  • Keen attention to detail. 
  • Strong work-ethic and ability to self-direct. 
  • Desire to exceed customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal (English).
  • Excellent document processing and formatting (Using either Microsoft Word or Google Docs). 
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cyber security industry.
  • Experience with public tenders.
  • Experience working with a CRM.
  • General knowledge of the solutions and services we provide.
